As soon as you pay, & PayPal will email you to let you know it's been received and as soon as we've shipped your order, we'll let you know by email that it has been dispatched and the tracking number if applicable.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are usually dispatched the same day if received before 2.00pm, Please allow extra time during Bank Holidays. If there is going to be a significant delay, we will contact you with an expected dispatch date.

Orders will be dispatched by Royal Mail 2nd Class post. Should you require your item quicker please check out using one of our other postage options.

Please allow 7-10 days for delivery from posting date for royal mail postal deliveries and 3-5 days for courier deliveries within the UK.

Should an order not get delivered, please contact us for help. Courier deliveries are insured against loss. Royal Mail do not consider an item of mail lost until after 15 working days in the UK or 30 days for all other countries.

We only provide tracking information if an item has been sent with a courier or a tracked and signed for item with Royal mail, we do not send tracking details for items sent by 1st or 2nd Class Royal Mail.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

All our current products and prices are clearly advertised on our store. We reserve the right to change or amend our prices without notice.

VAT

All prices including delivery prices are shown including VAT at the current VAT rate. A VAT invoice is sent with every order.

We only accept PayPal on , this means you can rest assured your order will be with you ASAP after your purchase. For your security we only despatch your order to the address you provide us via PayPal.

 

 

Returns Policy

Our 30-day returns policy means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item, we will issue a refund however we will deduct the cost of posting the item to you, so please bear that in mind when you are ordering or wishing to return an item.

For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service to track any returns. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is damaged or defective.

 When returning any item, make sure you include a copy of the invoice or invoice number and a note explaining the reason for return, without this we may reject the return.

Any items returned to us after the 30 day period will not be refunded. Please ensure if you no longer require an item to contact us before the 30 day refund period is up.

Cancellation Policy

An order placed through our on-line shop can be cancelled if adequate notice is given before we dispatch the order. Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled but the goods can be returned in accordance with our return policy.

Faulty Items

If you have an item that you believe to be faulty we are happy to have the item returned for an exchange or refund, however we must see the item before we issue any refunds to check it.

Please note if your item has failed while on your vehicle after fitting we are happy to exchange or refund however we will need proof that the item was fitted by a qualified mechanic.
